"My opponent decievingly distorted my record" Holy 2-Headed Joe,
How so, Joe? Distorted or advertised?

Hubs & I have been clicking around & watching Joe all morning (btw, Joe predictably cranked the rhetoric up for Fox news--mentioned 9/11 within the first minute) and the man is clearly delusional.

2. I saw a study a few days back that indicated the opposite
They researched lies, exaggerations, distortions, etc and I think Lamont had all of 1 in his advertisements, while Lieberman's ads had (I think) over a dozen.

3. He is just another pro corporate shill who is deluding himself
that he's somehow MODERATE for selling out all the working people in this country. I am not overstating this. He has rarely voted to curtail the power of the holy corporation and he has rarely voted to protect any hard won right of working people.

He is a miracle of self delusion. He desperately needs to get the hell out of Washington and find out how the rest of us live.

I doubt that will happen. I'm sure AIPAC has a cushy lobbying job all ready for him after he runs his mean spirited campaign against what he claims is his own party.

9. Apparently so, to CONSERVATIVES
Lieberman's defeat has been the first glimmer of hope I've had in a long time that Dean's grassroots strategy is starting to work.

You can bet it had more of an effect than all the "far left" blogs on the net, combined.

Expect the whole thing to turn really nasty for a while, as entrenched consevatives struggle to keep the corporate gravy train moving while deluding themselves that selling out to bribery is somehow MODERATE.

Seems to me he is just reeling of more line to get tangled up in.

6. You should sue him, Joe
I suggest the cause of action be "definition of character," except you'd have to have evidence of character to succeed.

8. NBC called the kiss an "embrace" but then showed the footage
In my viewing only CNN had Lamont on. And only CNN had (I think Candy Crowley) give a more accurate and detailed picture of the coalition that backs Lamont: teachers (bc of Joe's voucher stance), etc.

Lieberman keeps saying "partisan" now. Said he was elected by "all the voters of CT" -- he is delusional and incredibly selfish. I had forgotten that he refused to give up his senate run when he ran for VP.

This bozo has ALL the Rovian RW talking points down.

Hopefully, CT will elect a democrat and not a republican
