Lamont Wins, But Nowhere In Sight On Tweety's Late Night Coverage!
Tweets had Sean Smith up first. Then, Joe Trippi & Barnicle. Then, three more talking heads.
The whole show is centered on Joe and his Indy run...how he "closed the gap" in the last days.

Lamont wins the fuckin' thing and neither he nor any of his spokepeople are on!!!

Tweets has been making fun of Lieberman, but it's little compensation for what should be happening.

I didn't bother watching past the 45 minute mark. Maybe Tweets saved the best for last...I had had enough.

2. I wonder...
Isn't it also possible that Hardball offered time to Lamont-and he turned them down?

I mean, pragmatically, haven't the 250-300,000 people who regularly watch the show already heard of him and settled on an opinion? Local Connnecticut TV is probably a better use of his limited time...

4. I doubt it:
1. Tweets interviewed Lamont for the earlier shows and aired it twice, but Lamont hadn't won it yet.

2. If Tweets had invited a rep from the Lamont campaign and they had turned him down, you could rest assured that
Tweets would have had a field day with the naivety of any campaign turning down free air time after such a huge win.
That would have been compared to the politically savvy Joe.

No. I don't think he bothered inviting them on.

5. but don't cha know... the repubs have been betrayed..
lieberman was their choice for democratic senator, they already had him in their pockets. Now they'll have to work pretty hard to get something on Lamont to force him to do their bidding.
