Joe running as an Independent with Senators support looks like this

Come November if Boxer, Clinton and other Senators don't stand by the vote of Conneticut today, could they be stirring the pot as it was in 1968?

1. I don't know about Boxer, but I know Hillary already said she would
support the winner of the primary. I really doubt Joe will have ANY incumbant Senators supporting his Ind. run.

10. Boxer already said she would as well
I can't believe people on DU (not this post, but I've seen it elsewhere) are writing Boxer off as someone they "used to like" because of one primary endorsement they don't agree with. You aren't going to get a more liberal, hard-working, kick-ass senator than Barbara Boxer. Let's not start shooting ourselves in the face to spite Joe Lieberman's nose.

3. From this point forward, I expect DEMOCRATS to support
DEMOCRATIC nominees.

I think we'll see a lot of Democratic senators line up for the choice of Connecticut Democratic voters -- Ned Lamont.

9. All elected democrats have been served notice by this outcome.
I doubt they won't get it and support the independent candidate Lieberman.

12. Not only the Dems! The Pubs were sent a message too!
I can't recall what show I heard it on, but someone was saying how Pubs like Shays are going to be shaking in their shoes because they're going to look at this Joe thing and think "that could be me too!"
