if he was appointed to some position by bush what would it do to his indy run? and, I'm sure he (bush) would rather have Joe win as an indy then have lamont win as a dem.

5. Doubt it, Joe was used and abused by bush, now
he will trash him like he does with anyone that has lost their usefulness. Remember Tennet and Powell, Treasury Secretary, etc., all gone.
