Deos he need a ceratin amount of signatures? Any other requirements? Is nothing required but signing up - for a general fucking election? What are the rules? Help me please - I plead ignorance.

Lieberman will file papers tomorrow to run as an Indy. He needs 7500 signatures but he already started the petitions for signatures a month ago.
