Our Joey "Shithead" Keithley is most definitely a good guy. Watching him and his band, DOA, perform their cover of "War" at the last pre-Iraq invasion protest in Vancouver gave me goosebumps.

5. Scarborough is a total asshat. Myself and two friends are going

to see the Chicks a week from tonight at the United Center in Chicago and I seriously doubt just the three of us will be the only people there....

It doesn't help that so many of the country radio stations have refused to give airtime to their new CD. Hell even WUSN, US99 here in Chicago has given it limited airtime.

So many people of all political persuasions have bought the myth that this country has become mostly conservative. Not true, and all the talking heads in the world repeating it will not make it true. How many millions of us voted for Kerry? And those were only the votes counted!

The Dixie Chicks were the envy of country musicians everywhere before they spoke out. Natalie Maines has the truest country voice going, and puts the Shania Twains of the world to shame. (My guess is there is still quite a bit of enby going on) They will have a career as long as their talent holds out.
