does anyone else think Repukes are afraid because Conn. has lever machines
If this were a completely Diebold state, they'd be all puffed up with their typical self-assurance.
I get the impression they think they might lose because votes MIGHT actually count in this particular election.

3. Slightly off topic but,
if these are the same lever machines I used 20 years ago, there is no paper trail. Am I completely wrong?

6. The paper trail of lever machines isn't checked by the voter.
We shouldn't be promoting those machines.

Paper ballots, publicly hand-counted, is the election method most worthy of trust.
