How can we make this message simple and succinct enough to convey the subtleties of not vetoing and Congress passing reckless legislation and not exercising oversight. These political maneuverings and active negligence have brought us to where we are now. Can this be packaged for an election message?

Edited to add that *'s simultaneous use of signing statements allows him to legislate, a Constitutional violation.

work with your pukes in Congress to send you things you won't veto, and your in history as the first president without a veto. Think of the spin the pukes would do with that.
