The top one is from whitehouse.org, which is about the most savage anti-Bushco satire site you'll ever see.

Then again, whitehouse.org is the blatantly obvious pastiche of the Whitehouse's official site that actually gets e-mails from Repubs who think it's the real thing and are so outraged that they say they'll never vote Republican again. So, it bears repeating: God damn, Freepers are stupid.
