...to rebuild their country after we just got done blowing it up to smithereens? Because of our "mistake?" Think about that idea for a minute and imagine you were an Iraqi hearing that idea for the first time. Would it make you mad?

I bet 90% of Americans thought it was a good idea.

I remember when the idea came up and there weren't hardly any dissenters to this idea around here.

I remember sitting here scratching my head until I finally posted something like "Do all think the Iraqis are going to fall for this idea?" and it didn't get much attention back then.

Over 2500 dead soldiers and tens of thousands of dead Iraqis later I am thinking it might be a good idea to completely rethink this plan.
