looking for your reading glasses which are happily perched on your head?

Or walked into a room to do something and forgot what it was you were going to do?

Or headed to the bathroom but forgot to stop by the bathroom because you remembered what it was you were going to do earlier only to make the mad dash when your bladder said "Yooooo, hoooooo, 'member me?!"

I have absolutely no experience with any of this, I'm just, ya know, sort of aware this stuff happens.
