Breaking news: Roll Call is reporting that U.S. Rep. Robert Ney (R-Ohio) - one of the Help America Vote Act's original co-sponsors and former chair of the Committee on House Administration - will not seek re-election this fall. 3. looks like he has a lifetime appointment with
judges and lawyers. I hope he ends in jail house orange. One more senate seat for Democrats.

4. Ney's withdrawal kind of sucks, actually
It's very easy to win a race against one of the chief criminals in the House. But his replacement is one of those all-smiles GOPers that most of the district seems to like on a personal level.
