When your friends are in trouble
You gather around and offer support.
You make their worries your worries.
So what does that mean for LIEberman?
Looks like the only ones gathering around wringing their hands in despair are Republicans.
Pretty damned telling.

1. Obama and B. Clinton are endorsing him
which only makes me doubt the D's after their names...

2. This is a "tragedy" for establishment politicians...
What is happening to Lieberman is a threat to EVERY politician in DC.

They are quaking in their Cole Hahns--because the Lamont campaign--and the
energy of Progressives who are behind it--have demonstrated that career politicians
are no longer guaranteed re-election.

There is a great deal of growing energy from people who are against the war, against
BushCo and for progressive ideals. We have power, and we are demonstrating that
with the Lieberman race. We are showing them all that they had better start behaving
in the best interests of this nation--or start looking for a new job.

My guess is that 75 percent of all politicians are corrupt jerks who are slaves to
the corporations and other interests that do not benefit the best interests of the
American people.

Lamont's success is a threat to all of them.
