1. Saudi Arabia is paying for it. It'll probably go to the Bin Ladens.

2. Neither would surprise me.
Cheney, halliburton, bechtel, bin ladens, etc....

They'll probably all have a hand in it eventually. Ugghh.

Personally, I don't think Lebanon will ever recover and,
like NOLA, it won't be rebuilt for the poor or working classes...
more as a theme park, tourist haven, and luxury place.

6. Want to guarantee efficiency? All US $$$ to Lebanon is subtracted
from the Israeli foreign aid 'handout' so gratiously sent by the US taxpayers like clockwork.

Not a penny for Israel until the reconstruction is completed.
