Why don't all the damned Civilians get out of the way so we can wage war?
Probably 30,000 or more Iraqi civilians have gotten in our way or we'd probably be done there by now, isn't there some way to get them all out of the way so we can attack al qaeda and hizbollah without having to keep counting all the collateral damage?

1. Scruples are terrible - the effective way is not to worry about civilians
Its almost always a choice between effectiveness and the potential of civilian casulties. True terrorists have it easier since effectiveness equals civilian casulties.
