Israeli left wing activists attend a peace rally in Tel Aviv
I saw footage on CNN International and the crowd was HUGE! :)

Israeli left wing activists attend a rally in Tel Aviv August 5, 2006, against the Israeli army offensive in Lebanon. The United States and France agreed on Saturday on a Security Council resolution calling for fighting between Israel and Hizbollah to end, but on the ground both sides traded fire and a Hizbollah rocket killed three. 4. Israel seems to be the only ME country
waging a war of aggression upon its neighbor.

5. That's right...
None of the mideast countries desire Israel's destruction.

I can think of a lot of countries that would like the destruction of the USA right about now. Should we attack them all too? Lovely logic you have there. Just lovely. Wars solve nothing...

At the steep gorge in Halat, Lebanon, cut by the Fidar River, which runs down the mountains to the Mediterranean, dozens of Maronite Catholic residents gathered to stare in stunned silence at a 200-yard stretch of four-lane highway blasted into rubble by Israeli strikes.

7. If they carried out attacks against us...
we should have the right to respond. What should Israel do? And to my original point. Do you know of a Arab nation in the mideast that would allow a protest opposing its policies?

9. ahem..
"Wars solve nothing"

Sometimes they are necessary. There are some that have been fought that never should have been. But war sometimes must be fought and we must be willing to fight them.

3. August 5?
I remember that ... but compared to the half million who showed up when Rabin was still alive, it wasn't much.
