It is time to end this meaningless contention; it is time to begin to...
negotiate with the rest of this world we live in. If all they have is oil, then we should negotiate and be willing to pay fair market value/price. If all they have are dates, figs, mangoes, and acacia/gum sap; then we should continue to bargain in good faith. It is time tp stop snarking on the water rights of others

http://www.atimes.com/atimes/Middle_East/HH05Ak01.html

If all they have is a fanatical, religio-fundamental ideology; then we should accept that premise while explaining the virtues of a civil discourse predicated upon a separation of church & state, and continue to bargain in good faith.

I have had enough of belligerence: Israel's, Iran's, America's, Hizbollah's, etc, etc, and every maladjusted misinterpretation of every shred of scripture in between fueling their attacks on this world.

It is time to recognize the diverse components of humanity; recognize that all blood is precious...all of it!

5. Most of the people of the world agree with you. The bosses don't.
Most of the people of the world, right now, aren't at war, have no desire to go to war, and reject war as a solution to problems. The vast majority of ordinary people of the world, if asked, would recoil from the idea of killing their fellow humans.

It's the bosses, the "leaders", political, corporate, religious, military, that are fond of war. And, it's they who profit from it, in money, in power, in egomania.

6. I've about given up on making sense....
of this crap. There are too many players, too many straw men, too much deceit and clever advertising....even the good guys play loose with the lingo to preserve (?) and the funny thing is..there are so many among us who swallow whole, and look at the world as we vs. they....as though being born in a particular hemisphere alters ones basic humanity. The only thing I know to be true is basically nothing, and I'm tired of being played and mind-fucked while chasing windmills.
