Shiites in "Free and Liberated" IRAQ: Death to Israel, Death to AMERICA!
This was just reported on NBC Nightly News.

David Gregory GRILLS Condi Rice. Rice now saying not civil war, but "Sectarian Differences." It's not civil war when the Iraqis form a new unity government, she says.

So wait a minute. We went in there to free the Iraqi people. They form an Iran Friendly Shiite government. Crowds of Shiites are now protesting in the streets yelling, Death to Israel, Death to America.

What gives? Or is this thing just a COMPLETE AND UTTER FAILURE?

2. How can the Iraqi Military and the Iraqi Police "stand up" when the
country has become so factionalized that they will be damned if they do? There won't be anyone who they do not hurt or at least offend in doing what we expect them to do.

BTW, when is it a "Civil War"? How will we know it's a Civil War when it becomes one? What's the difference between Civil War and the status quo?

3. But
I mean, hundreds of thousands marching, without government pressure, without being 'Tienanmen Squared" if you know what I mean, without resorting to violence - this is a success. They are free. Free to not die but free to be ignored.

Just like the rest of us.

Arabs rising up! On their own! And not gunned down! And ignored! And they accept it!

You Americans and your "power to the people" and your revolution because of some damn tea tax.

Sometimes people just have to vent and be left alone...........

and George and his band of playful neocons are during their best to inflame the situation
by being the arms dealer for Israel in the Lebanon conflict.

6. you would think that the commander in chief would always
think about those he places at risk, the same as your leader should and not inflame the
islamic sects against America, Britain and other western nations. I think that this
will only grow terrorism. Blair admitted this the other day. I wish his conversations
with Bush would progress beyond "Yo", what's happening type.
