Highways of the Internet
Imagine if your state government announced it was going to reserve half the lanes on the highways for drivers who pay a new fee of $1,000/month.

People who could afford that would get around more quickly. The rest of us would be stuck in worse traffic.

Something similar is happening to the internet.

AT&T wants to reserve some of its internet lines for businesses which pay a new fee. Website owners who can't afford a new fee will be stuck with slower websites.

People who don't want the internet divided into fast lanes and slow lanes are for "Net Neutrality."
