CNN's Kagan: News Biz Is Lacking "Spirituality;" Most People Want Good News
Following up on the news of Daryn Kagan's September departure from CNN: She hopes her new Web site, DarynKagan.com, will become "an inspirational online community," the LAT reports.

"My real vision is that it's going to be a community," she said. "I think there is a hunger for people to belong to something like this."

She's being diplomatic as she leaves CNN, saying that people want something more
meaningful and good from the news. There's obviously more to her thoughts/opinions
that just those words.

Maybe, just maybe she grew a conscience. Possibly she woke up one morning, saw
Limbaugh lying next to her--and she had an epiphany.

She dumped Rushbo, and now she's leaving CNN. CNN isn't exactly a bastion of liberalism.

Maybe she's going to be more solution oriented, and proactive about good causes--instead
of sitting like a robot--reading the GOP talking points that Rove issued that morning.

I'll wait and see what she does and says...
