There was a promo just now on CNN for her show tonight in which she made reference to that attack in Seattle, asks if this will become common in the US, and wanted to know if this was a "sign of the times." Talk about code words to the RR Rapturenuts. She was the same person who did the hour long program on the rapture last week that has been played more than it should be. Nothing like stirring up death cults and religious fanatics.

Kyra Phillips asked Alice Cooper a few minutes ago in relation to his born again status: "What do you think of all these metal bands who dabble in Satanism?" What the fuck is she, the Church Lady?

I loved the irony following, when she asked him about how he got his first record deal through Frank Zappa. What was not mentioned was that Zappa was an avowed secular humanist who had NO USE for born-again freaks. So Cooper owes his career to someone who is practically Satan in the eyes of Phillips, or Zahn, or any of those blowdried asshats at CNN.
