When did Kath Harris become a joke?
I did not care for her during the 2000 grand theft election, and her looks were only slightly distracting, not the major subject. There were a few questionable things she said, but in the big scheme of things, and given the baseline of GOPisms, it was hard to really take notice of anything crazy or inane. After all, with exceedingly few exceptions, crazy and inane are the bywords of the GOP House membership.

After giving this as much thought as it deserves, (0.003 milliseconds) I have come to the conclusion that we have Seah Hannity to thank for her current state. Her 3/4 view posing on Faux Gnus, with those two artificial assets standing pertly and proudly at attention, caused most of Florida and almost everyone in the rest of the country to reconsider every thought they may have had about her.

9. TY for the welcome
I have my TiVo set to record anything related to "Katherine Harris" and "limbo contest" and "South Beach Campaign Stop". It's only a matter of time...

2. Well I think she started becoming a joke
When her usefulness ended after the '00 election. I think her joke status was solidified when she actually expected to get a payback from Bushco in the form of a Senate seat.

What's going to be real interesting is after she gets her ass handed to her this fall, will she finally wake up and realize what a tool she's been, and then blow the whistle on the entire '00 mess? That actually might be a good thing that comes out of this particular joke.

8. Here's what worries me about that
She's been so batshit crazy throughout this campaign that even Eva Coulter could reasonbly refute anything Katie says about 2000. Who in their right mind would believe her? Even if she did "come clean", anyone from the left who took her seriously would be publicly fitted for their new tinfoil hat.

13. True that, she is batshit crazy
However with Palast and a small number of other dedicated journalists reporting on the whole Votescam deal down in Florida, we could verify what she is saying, and thus provide a solid underpinning for her confession. And quite frankly, to the public at large who don't actually know how crazed this woman is, having her blowing the whistle on the deal would be quite damning and damaging to the Bush administration, especially with other outside sources backing her up.

18. Yeah, that wouldn't suprise me either`
Another strange "suicide", wherein Katherine killed herself with not one bullet to the back of the head, but two:eyes:

Frankly, if I were ol' Kate I would find a nice, quiet out of the way island to retire to, halfway around the world. Tonga I heard is a pretty nice place to live.

3. When the GOP dumped her
When she put in her intention to run this time, the GOP said they would not back her campaign. Since that time she was fair game for all the pundits.

10. Officially it was on the Hannity and Colmes show.
When she flashed her boobs. Then the infamous "10 million dollars" vow really sealed the deal.

11. I can give you an exact date: April 5, 1957. That was when she became
a joke. That was also the date of her birth.

You can't get as f*cked up as she is overnight, it's a cumulative thing, and likely started at the moment of birth.

12. It was the "canoodling."
That seemed to be the point after which she was not taken seriously.

Well, maybe after the breasts thing, when she spent that whole interview jiggling her new breasts and giggling.

It just makes me love her more. Mammy Bush named her boobs George and Jeb, so it seems to be a common thing among the Faithful.
