The article is in the "How To...: section, that comes after page 100. He's on page 004 of that section.

The picture of him on that page is a hoot, and so typically Colbert. I won't give any clues, because it's such an unexpected jolt. :)

I just showed the librarian, and she let out a very audible hoot. :)
