Update: The Texas Republicans say they'll appeal the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.

ruling (it's only a one time thing to interfere with state election law) and interfere with state election laws.

Will sit here and hope for support of previous court decision.
But will not be surprised by the SC overturning the decision.

The Fifth Circuit is pretty conservative, more conservative than the Supreme Court, and if they couldnt get them to agree, I'm not sure they will get the Supremes to agree.
