Gen Abizaid says Iraq headed for civil war. Gen McCaffrey says it's here

Saw this on MSNBC. Gen Barry McCaffrey said he finds all this talk about civil war in Iraq kind of silly. He said that it's been in a civil war for the last two years. It has been low grade, but has intensified in the last 30 days.
