Sen. Biden
I just saw Sen. Biden on Larry King Live and it appeared he was defending Bush and Rice and their handling of the new Israeli war. What gives?

Did anyone else see this blurb? Can anyone else make sense of his comments?

2. Biden and Larry King on the same show?
Now that's an obscenity.

3. Most Democrats have agreed with what Israel is doing
Leahy and Hagel (a Republican) in the Senate have expressed hopes for a ceasefire; in the House a small group of Democrats led by Denis Kucinich have demanded an immediate ceasefire.

Crushing the Palestinians (and now the Lebanese) is a bipartisan consensus.

4. Does Biden sleep at a different TV studio each night?
I am simply amazed at the frequency of his appearances on TV. DO the networks simply shine a light in the shape of a TV camera in the sky the same way the police in Gotham contact Batman with a bat light in the sky? Does he travel with a full camera crew and satellite uplink.

It bears repeating, the most dangerous place in the world is not on a crab boat in Alaska or in Lebanon or Iraq. The most dangerous place to be standing in the world is in between "Hollywood" Joe Biden and a TV camera. Why doesn't he just get his own show and quit pretending to be a Senator.

5. Joe Biden should stick with beauty parlors
Edited on Wed Aug-02-06 11:24 PM by AlamoDemoc
he values whitening his teeth, or sticking hair on his forehead. He sat at the same chair as Chairman or ranking Chairman for International Relations Committee in the senate for three decades, and he has yet to fathom what is happening in the Middle East.

6. Biden loves war, in any shape.
Thinks it makes him look tough. He was supporting the Iraq invasion long after it wasn't cool, and still says the big mistake was not going in with more troops. His plan for victory in Iraq is basically the same thing Bush says, with more specific details. He'd be a damn sight better than Bush, of course, but only because he'd succeed at the things Bush fails at.
