...is a smiting of the posers, trolls and Freepers who regularly post to this board. They are easy to spot with their "balanced" posts, but they are disruptors who are either paid by the RepubliCONS or are on some ego trip in their efforts to smell the ditch liquor of their "heroes."

Most of the posters here are not what you speak. They are simply passionate about their positions and have a wide array of positions they take. Lord knows we do have our share of infiltrators, however, but the mods are pretty damn quick at sparing us from their stupidity.

Just hang in there. These are tough times now and tougher times ahead. I'm sure there will be many who piss you off during those times, but you've gotta be as civil and respectful as you can, or you also could always simply ignore certain posters you can't tolerate. Furthermore, if a post or poster is obviously baiting or suspect of a troll, hit the alert button.

What I am railing against are those whose "different point of view" is meant to be divisive and disruptive. For example, out of another forum for information, the Washington Post reported the following:

I call bullshit on this because I believe that this headline is designed to disrupt the well organized effort to turn out every registered Democrat by portraying the party as weak on motivating voters to come to the polls. This is the essence of the strategy of these subtle disruptors on DU, sow the seeds of doubt.
