Cingular Phone Service OUT Across Texas

They said they're "working on it" but we all know what that means...

it's come and go. i can call some numbers direct but one-touch dialing is down. my txt messages say they've gone through but i don't have confirmation from the person i'm texting.

I noticed my service was out eariler today when I was going to call my dad, I figured it was a fluke.

Well, hopefully they get it turned back on soon. Otherwise I'll be asking for a break in this months bill. There's no reason to pay for the whole month if service is out for a week.

11. My family in Dallas cant use their Cingular.

My brother in law is on call tonight for Presbyterian hospital and is staying close to his land line in case he is needed. Do we know why this has happened?

13. Until just a few minutes ago

my land line AND my Sprint cell service have been out. The cable tv has been going on and off also. I've been freaking out, because I had no way to contact some people that I needed to contact today.

This has never happened before. I'm next door to Texas.

Weird that when the land line goes, the Sprint cell goes at the same time.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Since I'm on dial up, if the phone goes out again, I'll not be able to see responses for a while.
