Not if you want to be taken seriously as a so called honest broker, as we often claim to be in the middle east. You just can't sell weapons of mass destruction to any nation with the price and go about bragging about spreading freedom and democracy and love and liberation.

You cannot give Israel 3 billion a year for decades and expect to be called a fair arbitrator unless you were to give Palestine billions in cash and bombs too.

Oh, I guess you CAN claim it, they are obviously claiming it, but nobody ever points out the gross hypocrisy of it all.
