1. Is this for real, or satire?

2. One would need to know the software used to tally the votes

and how to fomat the tally in such a way for it to be recognized by the machine.

Though if the league of women voters were to put out a voter's guide, knowing what the questions are wouldn't be an issue.

How to format the responses would still be an issue, though, I imagine, not for very long.
