Defamation suit against Murtha?

I say we have a Class Action Lawsuit against the Bush Administration for taking us into Iraq, on lies (so that would be fraud), the people killed (wrongful deaths), more lies (saying we won't spend more than a billion dollars, that we will leave ASAP), etc.

This is OUR government, we have to take it back.

You're right, even if it doesn't get too far (Bush and Cheney WILL cite the State Secrets Privilege or something), I think just putting a lawsuit against them would be enough.
