So what is the benchmark for civil war?? 200 dead a day?

2. If someone objects to calling it civil war they sure as hell
cannot find any reasonable (or sane) objection to calling it widespread civil violence and sectarian genocide.

Once you make that (tiny) intellectual leap, you really need to ask what the difference between widespread civil violence and civil war is.
