10. I thought banning people

was suppose to be to keep the board free of freepers.

Not to ban people who are long time contributors and respected members of our community, who cross some 'line' at some point.

This is not the first time we have lost good people because of one particular disagreement or incident.

It is our loss.

benburch is one of my favorite DUers and, for the life of me, I cannot recall a time when he did ANYTHING to warrant a banning. Of course, I'm not a mod, nor am I an admin, so I can't really understand why they would ban him, but they must have had reason to do so.
