that there will be no cease fire until the International force moves in. Since this force will be made up of mostly Europeans, the EU needs to cut off all aid to Israel immediately. That alone will stop the fighting.

It's about as realistic as any fairy tale.

Bush won't do anything of the kind, and as others have pointed out, oil is fungible.

Here's what I hope: Under a dem President, there's a concentrated effort to pressure Israel to start dismantling settlements; then hopefully talks and negotiations begin.
