I was just sitting here thinking about this and, you know, I've never considered dancing in the streets before but I may have to make an exception this time.

6. I was at this same computer that night (my dad's)

I had flown out for 'election protection'. We were all sooo giddy. I hit 'refresh' around 1am and the #'s had virtually reversed on the CNN site. We drank lots of red wine while watching the returns for another hour or so. Sis woke me up the next morning w/ the news that Kerry had conceeded.

As I sit here at the same computer (on vacation) I feel LIVID - not giddy.

Unless we secure our elections I sincerely doubt I will have any 'giddy' feelings.
