7. Whose rules? Whose laws? Bush certainly has no credibility when it

comes to demanding that others obey the rule of law.

What Blair and Bush really mean is - "do what we say and kiss our feet cause we are bigger than you and we will (try to) kick your ass if you don't."

There are no rules or laws that I can see being followed. By anybody. Anywhere. For Blair and Bush to invoke "the rule of law" at this point is laughable. Surely they can see this.
