Need help about Gov of Maryland

We were talking about the Ind. GOP purging voter rolls and mayflower, a GOP lover posted this:

The only thing I can think of is we wouldn't let him pass his slots bills and caught him firing career professionals in the MD gov and putting in political colleagues that don't know their jobs.
