Catch CBS evening news last night? "I wanna be a wild animal!" -Shieffer
Last story about virtual world "Second Life" - Bob Shieffer at the end of the story says with a crazy glint in his eyes "I wanna be a wild animal!" - anyone else catch this? Good god! I'd love to have that clip!

3. I wish he was going to stay...
I hate Katie Couric...Bob Schieffer is the one who has saved this newscast because he is an actual reporter. Plus he isn't as weird as Dan Rather.

5. I hear you
Couric has no depth, and though I always liked Rather's reporting, he always looked like he was about to fall apart. :scared:

I mean it is no comparison. Hands down the most addicting thing online.

16. technically, you don't HAVE to buy stuff
but even better you CAN SELL stuff and make REAL LIFE $$$ with SL. I am telling you, it is beyond addicting. Trust me on this one.

8. So, we can expect to find him in the 'furries' section of Second Life?
Like a blue cat-man or something?

Now I wish I hadn't had that thought.....

10. When Scheiffer first started, my wife and I were like WTF?
Now, we find the senile old guy endearing. I wanna be a wild animal! We spit out whatever we were eating. I think he's secretly brilliant.

20. Here is a quick little video intro. that shows
how simple it is to build ANYTHING in SL. Literally, if you can imagine it, you can build it in here.
