1. Comprimise? With the repubs that probably means no raise
in the minimun wage but they will put an end to the estate tax.

I hope not.

2. Frist started talking after Reid. I just saw the end of Reid. He was
saying - "This isn't the Senate anymore, this is Alice in Wonderland, we have truly gone down the rabbit hole" (paraphrasing).

3. Reid spoke right before Frist and laid into Frist and the neocons
about minimum wage, estate tax. Frist got up and just spewed KKKarl's talking points.

Another day, another dollar for Frist in the Senate. If Frist's mouth is moving than he is lying out his ass. Ignores deficits, estate tax is just wrong, wrong, wrong.

I'm so sick and tired of this bunch I could scream.

5. Ah, jeez, someone found Judd Gregg's battery pack again.
He's throwing out "straw dogs" talk, and Frist is talking about "straw men," all of whom apparently are millionaire farmers or restraunteurs.

Frist just said that "this is hugh." Exclamation point.

7. What the rethugs want to do is really pretty simple
Tie lower estate taxes to the minimum wage increase so the small business owners will be able to swallow a minimum wage hike ( political cover )and get a better deal in the future with lower estate taxes when they pass on their business.

Of course the devil is in the details so I'm waiting to see how they shake it out.

8. Sure. And there's absolutely nothing about what the repigs want
that smacks of putting more money into the pockets of the uber-wealthy.
If that were the case, make the lower/nonexistant estate taxes apply only
to small business owners.
