C-Span Book TV is going to feature Mann Coultergeist and her

neocon shill book this weekend. C-Span is pushing the repuke/neocon agenda for some time now - so much for being non-partisan. They have jumped the shark by giving this hatemonger one second of air time - much less an extended interview. God how I hate that "woman."

1. Awe, you're not being fair to cspan. I can't say that I watch every

book review, but I've certainly seen MANY that were in every catagory imaginable.

Stupid or not, Coulter's book IS on the best seller list, and although I WON'T watch it, I see no reason for cspan not to have her on.

2. Well, I do. Anyone who spews lies - no matter how well it sells needs

to be ignored. She is a plagiarist, she offers nothing to political discourse except throwing stink bombs based on nothing but her biased, lame opinions, she is schick of the worst kind and her books are bought in bulk by neocon "think tanks" to push her onto the best seller lists. Hell, her book is being offered at the neocon web sites for $4.99. She is not an author, she is just a another tool of the repugs. Just because she manages to string words together (and often doesn't bother to do that - just lifts other people's words) does not a writer make. Book TV has always represented real authors - not fake ones.

I just expect more from C-Span.

program tonight at 6:00 - so I can't have a beef with them. Anyone who has any esteem whatsoever for Coulter is beyond hope or help. Let em run it - we're still a free country (so far) - all that can change in a minute.

is a great thing, and i love the fact that they present a VERY diverse group of authors' presentation/q&A sessions

they are as close to unbiased as i have seen in news media
