That explains the "why" for George and his buddies.
A simulation game called Second Life. An alternate reality where people spend real money for clothes, housing, and items for their characters and I would assume, pretty much be anyone and do anything they want. I think George and his buddies spent too much time playing it and possibly no longer able to distinguish between reality and pretend, have now carried it over to real life.

Why would anyone be dumb enough to play something like that? Shouldn't they be living their own life?
