Help finding a funny post?

I'm dying to find an old post that described how we could divide the country up into north and south, or red and blue, or something like that, and detailed what the blue side would have vs. the red side. It was kind of funny, yet pointed out that the blue states would definitely have all the most desirable stuff.

Does anyone remember this, or maybe have it bookmarked?

I tried searching for it, but I don't even know what keywords to use.
