Bob Kincaid just revealed something interesting about Qana.
On his show tonight, "Head On with Bob Kincaid" on the Head On Radio Network, http://www.HeadOnRadioNetwork.com Bob Kincaid connected the dots in an interesting way.

Did you realize that the city Israel bombed and killed all those children in was the SAME place that Jesus is said to have performed his first miracle? The water-to-wine at the wedding feast?

Yep. That is the place.

How many of the descendants of the guests at that wedding were killed by Israel?

Archives at http://www.WhiteRoseSociety.org and the archive of today's show should post in about one hour from now.

1. that is so strange for me
as i was doing my chores this am,pondering the sadness in the ME, i was just thinking that it would be really cool if Jesus changed all the water in the world into wine.

2. You Seriously Think That's Interesting?
And how many descendants of those who attended the Sermon on the Mount launched the missiles that blew up the building that killed the descendents of those who attended the wedding where water was turned into wine?

I mean, c'mon, please.

I just had breakfast with a co-worker who informed me that God invented rainbows as a way to signify his promise that he will never flood the earth again the way he did with Noah and the Ark, so I'm a little fed up with all of it right now.

3. It's especially interesting
in light of the support that Fundie "christians" espouse for anything that Israel does. Kind of a conflict there, doncha think?

4. Yup, it's true ...
in John 2: 1-11 it was revealed that these urns were used in Jewish ceremonial ablutions meaning that they had washed their feet and other parts in them before they were used for wine drinking in that wedding --- ewww ...

5. Ben, Ben, for Christ's sake (pun intended). There are not fucking
"dots" to connect. There are probably two million people who are descendants of the people who were there two thousand years ago. Probably quite a few in Israel, for that matter.

6. Not True
Cana was just north of Nazareth and south of Tiberius in Israel/Palestine - not in Lebanon. Qana is a different town.

9. Oh, Okay. So Then There Is NO Connection Between A Made-Up
"miracle" that took place 2,000 years ago and the deaths of sixty people from a 1,000 pound laser-guided bomb? Okay. 'Cuz I was beginning to think, you know, that Jesus would otherwise be pretty pissed off about what's going on over there.

I've never been so proud to be a secular humanist in my life, I tell you what.
