Busby Election Contest-San Diego Legal Filings TODAY - Lehto (Land Shark)

San Diego Filings in Busby Case Available
at www.ElectionFraudNews.com

by Michael Collins

San Diego, CA July 31, 2006 Attorneys Paul Lehto of Everett, Washington and Kenneth L. Simpkins of San Diego filed an Election Contest and Due Process-Equal Protection of the Law filing in Superior Court of California, San Diego County.

The filings are part of the challenge to the Busby-Bilbray Special Election which was decided by an unusually close margin. Following the eliciting a number of irregularities were discovered including the unusual practice of election workers taking voting machines home over night. These "sleep overs" were the first clue that something might be very wrong with the outcome.

Paul Lehto just transmitted these filings today which are available in full at

www.ElectionFraudNews.com

6. Lehto & Simpkins are GREAT Ameroicans...they fight the right fight.
California is an interesting state for courts and lawyers. There is a high standard for the
court system starting at Superior Court, which is the entry level. It's outstanding that this
case is being argued. These are tough times but the "tough got going" and they're going to
make some waves here. The second point, the "due process," is really fascinating. Need some
study on that but it could be quite something to watch that one.

:hi:

11. I'll bet Haas and the Boys are sweating now.
If a recount shows a reversal, this will be like a 10.1 earthquake. Couple this with the report on Raw today about the discovery of being able to manipulate the results simply by flipping a switch.

Election officials have never had much pressure and they don't respond well. They're not even elected themselves usually and they treat us like dirt. However, you may be right on Haas. The language in the filings is very clear and also very upsetting. I had the same thought you did when I read the docs. Ouch!

The word "consequences" comes to mind:evilgrin:
