I just came in the middle of the discussion on CNN. It sounds like Lou has grabbed hold of this issue, like others, like a dog with a bone, and may not let it go. He noted that John Roberts said in his nomination hearings that activist judges are the biggest threat to the country. He said we appear to have an activist President who is the danger to the country. He, I think, used the words "Constitutional crisis."

1. Lou Dobbs talks more about the outsourcing of American jobs

than many Democrats in Congress do. And Dobbs is a self-described "lifelong Republican". (Actually, Repub congressman Walter Jones of NC is totally against bogus "free" trade, too. One of the few decent Republicans in Congress, and he's better than some Democrats.)
