Police in Indiana have taken a 17 year-old kid into custody

for the sniper shootings along I-65 and I-69 last weekend.

17 year-old and he somehow gets to a point in his life that he is shooting people on major highways? One person was killed, a couple more injured.

Does anyone remember Dr. Laible, an English professor at the University of Alabama who was killed on I-95 driving through Miami by a group of kids who threw a cement block off the overpass? Her fiance is getting married this summer after nearly ten years after the event!

Its happened before, down in Florida. I think they closed I-95 for a bit and that's saying something.

I hate to be harsh about this but it seems to me that with the shoot-and-crash nonsense we see on TV virtually every minute of every day its pretty likely the kid just wanted to see the cars crash after his shot.
