Why Is Guy Still Going To Vote Republican?
I was checking out a review for a new movie coming out and a bunch of people are complaining about the fact that AICN is reviewing too many "anti-American" movies. One poster posted this.

"I want change in America. I was to drill for oil in Alaska. I want social security reform. I want to change the IRS. I want to overturn the *Democrat appointed* liberals ruling that the government can seize private property. The fact that my government can take my property and give it to a private developer for no reason *beep* sucks. And it was Clinton's appointees who pushed that crap thru. Yeah, I want change in this country, which is why I will be voting Republican in 2006 and 2008."

What I don't get is that the Republicans have had control over the government for years and the IRS is still around along with all of the other stuff. They didn't change any of this stuff so why would he still vote for them? Too bad I couldn't register. I tried to go through and register and it never worked. I've even read articles written by Libertarians that have flat out said the Republicans aren't going to do any of that stuff specifically reforming the IRS.

BTW, does anyone know anything about this movie? America Freedom to Fascism.

1. UH
several of the justices on the kelo (?) decision were appointed by Bush and Reagan. Only two were appointed by Clinton.

2. Yeah, he's really on top of things...The GOP controlled Supreme Court
is the one that pushed through the ruling on 'taking' of private property. He wants his SS to go up in vapors. Maybe he'd prefer his job going overseas as well.
