Just as a person who takes hostages is legally responsible for the deaths of those hostages, though they may be unintentioally killed by police in an attempt to free them, Hezbollah, by imbedding itself amongst the Lebanese civilians, has made this tragedy inevitable and bears the responsibility for these unintentional deaths.

I had that question - Israel says that they've taken out half of Hizbollah's rockets, yet there's no abatement at all in the rocket attacks on Haifa. Maybe Israel's air force isn't doing as well as they say in hitting Hizbollah targets.
