A Message From Israel: Don't Choose Democracy!
Israel has destroyed both Democratically-elected governments on its borders.

Israel’s action in Lebanon has been well planned. It is not an operation to rescue captured soldiers. They are destroying the infrastructure, physical and political, of the fledgling democracy in Lebanon.

Israel did the same thing on the West Bank with the democratically elected Palestinian Authority. They embargoed money, food, water. And then found a pretext to militarily dismantle the Hamas government using tanks, missiles and “arrests” of much of the government.

Israel’s military action is probably more sensitive to civilian casualties than similar U.S. action in Afghanistan or Iraq. But, they are still systematically destroying each popularly supported government in their region while leaving safe the despotic regimes they claim to oppose. Neither democratic experiment was allowed to take root before being undermined by Israel. And Israel is doing this with full U.S. support.

Has the U.S. so quickly abandonned the "democracy experiment?" Is it now officially back to the good old days of installing puppet governments?

An object lesson is being taught in the Middle East with bombs and rockets -- and it is a warning to any country that would chose freedom and democracy.

7.  * Crows About Syria Leaving, 10 Minuts Later Israel Marches In
I don't understand why they are destroying that country -- they could have helped it rid itself of Hezbollah. Everyone knows the army there is not strong enough. Most Lebanese are NOT terrorist or terrorist supporters, however bomb them to hell and back and they might change their minds.

Yes, the message is, nuke up everyone or the US and/or Israel will start "doing whatever necessary" to "defend themselves" and your country will end up in smoke and ruins like Iraq and Lebanon. And those were two of the most liberal regimes in the ME! They don't have any problem with Saudi Arabia where most the population is virtually enslaved.
