My, my, my, as we say in the South.
Al Gore kicked the ant hill with that little old speech.

All the critics can say is that "Al wants a headline" or "Gore is a hypocrite." They are saying ANYTHING but "Al is wrong" because they know he is right. Just let them try to contradict the facts and the history that was laid out in all its sorry sliminess.

My neighbor, Mr. Nuke Iraq, even took notice. He is still afraid of the terrorists though.

He asked me if I or anyone I know has really been spyed upon saying that if you haven't done anything wrong then you shouldn't worry about it.

I told him that the average Iraqi probably never encountered Saddam or his secret police unless he opened his mouth to criticize the regime. Should we do the same? I don't think so.

Gore has the attention of the Wrong Wing because he can expose their little scam.

1. The Gore speech was an landmark presentation and could
well serve as the strategic blueprint for the Democrats future. He's trying to lead. We just need to listen to him and follow his suggestions.

3. Yes, not one damn talking
head from BushCo has been able to refute his allegations point for point. Resorting to name-calling, smearing and obfuscation. He's definitely hit a nerve--otherwise they'd just be ignoring him. He's been on the sidelines for 6 years--why bother with him? SG

4. "if you haven't done anything wrong then you shouldn't worry about it"
First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a communist;
Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a socialist;
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a trade unionist;
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out--
because I was not a Jew;
Then they tapped the phones of the plaintiffs in the USS STARK case for fighting for the safety of the equipment our soldiers use (Daddy Bush did this)
Then they came for the families of miners supporting the bureaucrats who
enforced safety laws for miners prior to 2001, but I had no miners in my family
Then they came for the members of Moveon.org, silly fools exercising their
right to the political process
Then they came for me--
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
